I extended my business trip to include vacation time and the hotel was a good choice. tom welcomed me and managed luggage. He offered a welcome drink. janet at reception was helpful. ganesh and usman (housekeeping staff) cleaned my room daily. It was nice to return after sightseeing.
the hotel could add more signs to guide guests around the premises. it was a bit confusing to navigate at first. i had to ask staff for directions a couple of times.

The breakfast includes a wide selection of food. Some are freshly prepared such as omelet.
The half board option did not include drinks. There was no child bed in the room upon arrival, I requested one. Even if a child bed were delivered, there would not be room for it.

The location is fantastic with JBR beach only a short walk away. A supermarket is very close to the hotel, REALLY convenient. The sauna and jacuzzi were nice after a long day. The room was clean. The housekeeping staff kept it super clean EVERY day.
The half-board option does not include drinks, which can be a slight inconvenience.

the spa facilities seemed fine i did have a massage
the room was pretty big but that did not make it good housekeeping clearly missed a spot the floor was sticky near the desk the minibar temperature was not consistent drinks were warm then cold i mentioned it nobody seemed to care the location was okay but walking to the metro during the day was sweaty
